Short version: this site barely collects anything, and the apps we sell are built not to phone home.
onetimesuite.com (this site)
- Static site. These pages are plain generated HTML. There are no user accounts on onetimesuite.com.
- No tracking cookies. onetimesuite.com sets no tracking or advertising cookies and runs no third-party analytics scripts.
- Server logs. Like any web server, ours keeps standard access logs (IP address, requested URL, user agent) for security and operations.
- Fonts. Pages load webfonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser requests files from Google's servers subject to Google's privacy policy.
Checkout (Whop)
Purchases happen on Whop. Whop collects and processes your checkout and payment data under Whop's own privacy policy — we never see your card details.
dashboard.onetimesuite.com (your library)
The customer dashboard signs you in via Whop OAuth and then uses a single session cookie to keep you logged in. That cookie exists to make login work; it isn't used for tracking or advertising.
The apps themselves
OneTimeSuite apps run on your own machine or server. They don't require an account with us and don't send telemetry. Your documents and data stay on your hardware.
