Yes — Quotewell is MIT-licensed at github.com/bensblueprints/quote-estimator-mvp. The $29 buys the 1-click Windows installer and zero setup; building from source is free.
Does my quote data go to the cloud?
Never. Everything is a local SQLite file on your disk, it works fully offline, and there is no telemetry.
Is it a full proposal platform like Proposify?
No, and that's the point. Quotewell builds branded quotes with a real total at the bottom, without the sales-enablement platform bolted on — $29 once instead of a per-seat subscription.
